STANDARDIZATION
All single family homes SMART subdivision are STANDARDIZED. Each building envelope is the same size regardless of how much of the envelope is built out in the beginning.  The standard single family sizes can change per SMART subdivision as long as their maximum under roof of 3000 SF is maintained. All building envelopes in a single SMART subdivision are the same size as originally platted and there can never be any changes to the building envelope size. They are a standard footprint of a predetermined size for each SMART HOME DESIGN -- THAT NEVER CHANGES. Once built it can not be changed!!! 
 
All homes can be customized by their owners with a variety of APPROVED interior finishes, but the basic footprint and maximum size  can never be altered. All exterior maintenance is performed by the HOA  and any changes to the exterior finishes must be approved by the HOA.  Interiors are the homeowner's responsibility.
